Meetings & Minutes

KCSU has two kinds of meetings:

• Open Meetings, which (as their names suggest) are open to all KCSU members to propose and vote on motions which is passed become policy.
• Exec Meetings, which (slightly confusingly) are also open to all KCSU members.  No decisions on policy are made, but these meetings are where the Exec work out how to adopt the policy of Open Meetings.
